What changed in October?
Mission recorded 26 sales across detached homes, townhouses and apartments, compared with 38 in September. These categories had 333 active listings at month-end, down from 353. Their combined sales-to-active ratio was 7.8%; this pools property types and is not the Board's official market classification for Mission.
