INDEPENDENT LOCAL HOUSING ANALYSIS MISSION, BRITISH COLUMBIA
MONTHLY MARKET REPORT / UPDATED NOVEMBER 3, 2026
OCTOBER 2026 · MISSION, BC

Mission's detached benchmark was $883,300, down 13.1% year over year. Detached homes, townhouses and apartments combined for 26 sales and 333 active listings in October.
Reading the month
Mission moved differently from the wider Fraser Valley: the Board's total sales rose 14.0% from September, while Mission's three listed categories fell from 38 sales to 26, a 31.6% decline. Lower inventory did not offset that slowdown in the local sales-to-active ratio. Small sales counts warrant caution.

CONTEXT
What these figures do not show
The municipal tables aggregate Mission. They do not isolate Hatzic, Cedar Valley, Silverdale or rural acreages. They also do not adjust for a home's lot, condition, tenure or financing constraints. For local comparison, see Mission versus Abbotsford; for property due diligence, see rural Mission.
